I made a little web-based tool to precisely calculate my audio delay for Ecamm or OBS.

The tool gives you an offset in milliseconds so you can use it for anything really! Personally I tend to pipe my video to Zoom via my streaming software’s virtual webcam output, using BlackHole for audio routing.
