My Import Export plug-in stopped connecting with the Switcher IP. Any solutions for this apart from reinstallstion?

What does your Ethernet preferences look like on your Mac.

Thank you for responding. Here it is…I have the Switcher IP at 240 and the Panel at 241

I’m guessing it’s unplugged right now?. for Photoshop to connect to it it has to say connected in ethernet settings. You could also re install ATEM Switchers software

IP address: 192.168.10.114
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Router: 192.168.10.1
